INDICATIONS FOR USE:
- Restoration of cavities in Class I, II, III, IV, and V (Black’s classification).
- Sealing fissures, gaps, and openings on permanent and deciduous teeth.
- Use as a distinguishing marker layer beneath temporary restorations.
- Marking canal entrances following endodontic treatment for easier future access.
EXPERIENCE OF PRACTITIONERS:
- Mark canal entrances during endodontic retreatment to make them easily identifiable, even when root-filling materials darken or blend with dentin.
- Prevent secondary caries developing near canal entrances—particularly helpful in deep Class II cavities where isolation is difficult.
- Apply coloured varnish layers to help parents visually monitor sealed teeth in children; colours also make pediatric visits more comfortable and less intimidating.
- Use contrasting colours during temporary orthodontic procedures (e.g., bite-raising) to clearly distinguish composite from enamel and speed up treatment.
- Create natural-looking gingival reconstructions by blending pink, red, and purple with tooth shades; ideal for patients with gum or bone atrophy.
- Use a coloured FLOW–COLOR drop on radiographs to instantly confirm the correct canal in cases where two canals overlap.
