Opis
Brushio dental caps, suitable for teeth whitening, remineralization gel use or bruxism (as night caps).
Instructions for use:
The package contains 2 thermoforming dental caps.
1. Heat the water to about 80-90 degrees (do not put the coffee grounds in boiling water).
2. Hold the dental floss by the handle and place it in the water for about 5-10 seconds.
3. Remove the caps from the water and drain the water.
4. Place the caps on your teeth while they are still soft. Press them against your teeth with your fingertips (both the outside and inside).
5. Allow the caps to cool while they are on the teeth.
6. Remove the dental caps, cut off the handles. If necessary, cut down to the gum line, as this will make it easier to clean off any gel that gets on the gums.
7. Repeat this process with the other grave.
