With a larger helix pitch than traditional K-files, Komet K Reamers allow smoother rotational manipulation using alternating right–left movements. This improves debris removal, enhances tactile feedback, and reduces procedural fatigue.
The ergonomic, non-slip handle ensures confident control, while radio-opaque silicone stops improve visibility on radiographs for accurate working length management. A handle perforation for safety wire attachment adds an extra layer of security during clinical procedures.
